After you move into your new home, then what? What’s covered by your new home warranty and what’s a homeowner responsibility? The G-Team is there to ensure a smooth transition from homebuilder to homeowner. Additionally, our Warranty team works closely with a select group of trades who helped build your new home to come back at 45 days and again at 11 months. This team not only inspects their own work and addresses any warrantable items, they also provide education on how to maintain your home for optimal performance.
When you build a Garman Home, a portion of the sale goes towards local causes and charities. Your home is a big deal, we think your purchase is an even bigger deal when it helps pay it forward for someone else. Whether we’re building Blitz Homes with Habitat for Humanity of Durham, or donating $200,000 to Duke Children’s Hospital, giving back is how we practice our gratitude for getting to do what we love and for loving what we can do together.
